Varun Torian (International) Limited is a joint venture between Madagascar Energy Corporation SARL a Varun group company, and Torian Resources NL, established in November 2010 for the exploration and development of projects in Madagascar. Initially VTI is targeting platinum, gold and precious stones.

Currently VTI is focussed on the Vatovorona mine in central southern Madagascar, a highly prospective gold project.  There is considerable scope for VTI to expand and develop a range of high value projects.

The first phase of the joint venture has proved successful, establishing a strong working relationship that we expect will deliver considerable value to the shareholders.
